The Technology Behind SOPROCARE

The device is a culmination of advanced autofluorescence technology and selective chromo-amplification.

SOPROCARE illuminates dental tissue within a specific wavelength range of 440-680nm. The illuminated tissue absorbs this energy and reflects it back as fluorescence. This process generates a composite image, superimposing the fluorescent data onto the anatomical view, which reveals clinical information not visible under conventional white light.

By leveraging the absorption properties of blue light, the system selectively amplifies different colors. Red tones, which are indicative of gingival inflammation, are clearly visualized by SOPROCARE. All images are qualitatively defined by color, providing a clear and immediate assessment of the tissue’s condition.
